Can I do this for 6weeks old? Since on Friday , we went to the hospital n were given those crystal to put inside hot water, still his nose is congested n the catarrh not coming out.

Do as peter said, put silverbird n metholatum in water, put towel over d head with d baby so baby can inhale v.well. After bath rob metholatum on his chest, hand n leg palms n wear something that wil cover him up so those heat will enter d body. Just did it for my baby now n she's sleeping without d catarrh n cough

Add little mentholated balm and silver bird to hot water and let the baby inhale
