To prepare it,u put a quantity inside a pot nd add water to desolve it, put it on fire nd keep staring it until it thicken den u serve hot.d whole family can enjoy it.u dnt need to add it to pap before u can eat it.

-Offer water in a sterile glass or steel cup, but not in a sipper or feeding bottle. -Avoid biscuits as they contain refined flour, preservatives, and added sugar. Lastly, wash your hands before feeding your little one.

@adedoyin to make tom brown u need to add more grains dan what u stated here,d history of tom brown start frm northern nigeria which i happen to also stay dere. To make a gud tom brown u need d following millet,soyabeans,wheat,groundnut,(fish nd crayfish re to be grounded separately coz it make d whole tin to get spoil easy nd some babies dnt like d smell of dis sea food so u may need nt to add dem)Fry d grains separately den allow it to cool down before u ground dem together.

-Do not give cow milk to babies under one year. Also avoid honey, since it may contain spores that cause botulism.-Never give slices of fruit or other finger foods for 6-month-old because, it could cause choking.-Introduce one fruit at a time and check for any allergic reactions. Follow a four-day-wait rule in between two new foods. Feed your baby in a calm and pleasant environment.-Prepare baby food in steel or glass containers. Say no to plastic containers, even if they are food-grade.

@adedoyin soya bean it's also one good thing I recently introduced and I saw significant change. My baby didn't like taking Pap or even cereal I would have to force her to eat and sometimes she would end up throwing up. But since I started introducing soya bean in her Pap she enjoyed it.

I do blended boiled rice with fresh fish and carrots. Clean the rice of any dirt. Cook it as normal until it's very soft. 5minutes before you remove from heat add your carrots and family fish. Then blend. When serving you can add milk. But sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. And my daughter takes it well.

It will b in powdery form oo.. In preparing it: 1. Boil a small quantity of water. 2. Pour the quantity of Tom Brown you want in a bowl and mix with cold water until it is watery and with no whole seeds. 3.pour it into ur ogi/guineacorn/millet..make sure u cook it well cooked on fire.. Optional..u can add very little palmoil to taste...

crayfish soyabeans groundnut. using the 4,2,1 system, you can make pap using 4cups of corn, 2cups of soya beans and 1 cup of ground nut. This is ground into a powder form and is also referred to as Tom Brown. Process: 1. Fry/dry the soya beans until it turns brown and fry/dry your groundnut as well.also dry d crayfish well. 2. Grind the soya beans together twice until it is smooth then at the third grind, add the crayfish(well selected) and groundnut.

I bought the normal fleshy mango not Cherie. Wash them very well, peel out the skin and slice the fleshy part into your blender, add the plain yogurt (unsweetened) and blend till smooth and serve your baby. Depending on the age of your baby (from 6 months) you can start small to rule out purging. My baby is 11 months and I made hers with two medium mangos and one sachet of hollandia plain yogurt. She took it very well. The sweet smoothie can be enjoyed by the whole family.
