Why do I sometimes get notifications for posts that aren't mine and also get notifications of being followed yet it doesn't reflect on my profile?

When I post here on ask? I get notification that someone made a comment. When I click, it takes me to another person's profile and secondly, we try to post anonymous here and when someone click on the 3dots beside your initial at the right hand side, it brings out your name in full. So it's no longer anonymous. Please Babymigo needs to work on this.
