@Onyinye20241, boiled fish with all bones removed. Their weight is ok but it can get better. At a year plus, they should be at least 10 kg according to a paediatrician so work on dat! Don't feed them with junks, home made food does d magic.

Patiently Introduce home made food like moimoi, beans, potatoes, noodles + powdered crayfish + flaked fish, egg yolk etc
