Mam babies differ in the area of hair growth. If ur baby is a boy, why bother! Mine is a girl and encountered same, 3mnth post naming her hair grew scantily, so I barbed it again (big mistake). The hair then refused to grow at all, come and see lot of prescription from pple, use onion and ori, use sis and DAT. I just ignored and take all sarcastic comment about her hair as they came. The hair just started growing on its own now at 10month, and pple are now asking what did I use. So leave him, the hair will grow at his time
