I want to know how to preserve breast milk in the refrigerator because I carrying twins and we are just two weeks. I really need your help.

Refrigerate then freeze your breastmilk as soon as you've collected it. Breast milk keeps for 3days in the fridge if it is between 5-10°C and for 6 months in a freezer at -18°C or below. Cheers!!!
