Yes was removed and taken to the lab,and she was given the nasal drop.

Was the tonsil removed sent to lab for further screening? I guess they would have recommended a nasal drop for you (like Aristobet-N) and to encourage intake of cold things like ice cream or yoghurt to speed up the healing
