So I had to start washing myself and also change the laundry soap. Then use the red acalypha to bath and cactrin on it and it all cleared in less than a week

@PreciousOnu, yes you can get the red flower (called Jiwinini pupa in yoruba) from herb sellers or google the name red acalypha to see the pics as it is a common ornamental plant in homes around. Another thing I have learnt about baby's rash from my baby's experience is you need to identify the cause to stop it. When my baby had such rash I discovered that my new maid washing the baby's cloth doesn't rinse out the laundry soap well, so when she sweat in the afternoon, the reaction irritates her

Go natural on your baby.. you can use black soup and palm kernel oil for a start..then when your baby is older you can then try very good products.

Pls go natural on your baby d skin is still very tender. If you can get red flower, cook it and be using it to bath the baby, then use Shea butter as cream. Don't use any powder for now. U will see changes. All will be well

All this soaps, why not use local black soap and any naturals like coconut oil, Palm kernel oil or Shea Butter is better, I use all this for my baby and his body is very clean. Please used them
