Good evening mummies and doctors in the house,am 37+6 days ,I just started noticing wet panties ,can it be a sign of labour? Though I don't feel pain

That's Prelabour rupture of membrane, apply a pad and see ur doc. Since uve not started having contractions, u will benefit from induction of labour. Go now if possible. Wishing u all d best
