@Rotimi. Rinse the leaves and wash as if you are washing bitter leaves. Drink the juice. It helps a lot. I don't know how fast it works but someone took from 28weeks while another said because the taste is not pleasant she preferred from 32weeks

The ewedu have no cause for alarm drink it everyday but take note is raw ooo and the pineapple too is not bad
