I did for my baby last week, but I didn't soak it and I think there's no need to soak since you are making the dry type and I used millet, guinea corn, rice, maize, groundnut, fish, crayfish and soybeans but the soybeans should be a little cos it makes it watery if kept for long..... Same procedure apart from soaking,i only washed and dried, fry then grind. Soooo nutritious.my baby loves it.

@chida, yes it should be peeled when washing it before drying and then frying. It's just like tom brown pap.

@Ofoegbu28008, I used equal quantity like half module of each. It's up to you if your baby prefers one to another like some babies prefer millet to guinea corn so they increase the millet and reduce the guinea corn so it's up to you

WHY IS BROWN RICE BETTER FOR BABY THAN WHITE RICE? *A grain of rice is composed of several different layers. Only the outside layer, the hull, is removed during the production of brown rice and very little goodness is lost by the grain in the process. But during the production of white rice,the grains are milled to remove more layers,the bran and almost all of the germ. This process strips the grains of the majority of their nutrients.
