Old, this is too much o for the baby. Pls look for fruit leaf that fell on its own and dried, Mango leaf too, red flower, back of coconut cook and us it to bath the baby abeg.i dey pity am . And don't wear thick cloth cos d baby I'll feel uncomfortable if there's heat.

Just use cacatin and rising sun as powder. My baby has on her neck and dt ws wot i used. It cleared. Took her to d hospital dey said its nothin dt its just heat rashes dt a baby has to shed some of its skin as dey grow. Told me to just mke sure i keep her clothes clean and not dress her up too much . Light clothes and if weather is too hot at yimes i shld use ordinary water to bathe her. Not hot water everytime.

@nenye, mummy,visita plus hs steroids o, she cn use it to clear d rashes but not continually as cream o. It has side effects that most of mummies dont see now but later in the future

D baby may be reacting to d dettol or any of d disinfectant u are using for him, instead boil water and allow to cool then u can use it to bath him.

Are u adding dettol to her bathing water? If yes pls stop for a while and use agnesia powder at night and shear butter & coconut oil in d day.

Pls ,used only cherry butter and palm kernel oil or coconut oil,mixed with vista plus used it & see results. Don't use baby lotions till 6months
