I just over came. mine was even bleeding to tell you the extend. the pain is bad, but it's worth the pain. The method I used I continued breastfeeding no matter the pain. I place warm towel on the cracked, for some few mins. I used olive oil to rub my nipples, but whenever my baby is ready to suck, I use warm water to clean the nipple ALL THE SAME IS A LATCH PROBLEM. It's either u are not lactating well and ur baby is latching on the nipple alone.

Try and good nipple cream, I know Palmer's have one. It will help heal the sore nipple and also continue breastfeeding it will help.

U can also use deep a clean cloth n warm water and place on nipple. This will soften and leave a relief before u breast feed. Keep breast feeding tho U'll be fine.
