At this stage for her a single grain cereal is suitable. Brown rice is very rich,and its good for babies due to the following reasons: Its easily digested. Rarely causes allergy. Gluten free,whole grain and natural. I would strongly advice you go homemade and natural for your baby. Banana puree. Carrot puree,avocado puree,sweet potatoe puree,meat puree. Homemade n Natural = Wholesome baby I have tested and proven this with my daughter.

A variety of food introduced at this stage to your baby will enhance his or her ability to be be a healthy eater later on in life,if your baby gets used to just one meal,you will end up having a picky or choosy eater

Dear Tricia,what you are eating may not be safe for your baby due to the salt content. Babies under 1year are not to take salt and sugar,for salt their kidney cannot break down sodium now,you will be giving her kidney much work to do for its stage now hence putting a strain to it. Continue with the food you have introduced. Meanwhile this is the stage you have to intro a variety of meals to your baby taking into consideration the 3 days rule to check out for any allergy or reaction to d newfood
