The rice is it the cooked one I will blend or the raw one and also d egg yoke is it the cooked one too?

For beans, peel d shaft and cook till its very soft with no salt added, add grounded crayfish and little palm oil, its ready to eat. For rice, cook till soft with no salt, blend small quantity with egg yolk and feed ur baby just like cereal. Moimoi is just d normal moimoi, mash with ur fingers before feeding him. U can also make potatoes or yam puree, cook till soft, boil mackerel fish aka titus, one piece is ok, remove all d bones, then blend d yam/potatoes with d fish. Hope he likes all this. My baby never took pap or cereal so i know how to make lots of home made and healthy meals for babies. Kindly feed me back.

Have tried to introduce home made food?? E.g beans, moimoi, egg yolk, pap, rice + egh yolk puree etc
