Sure why not, my rumate at school traveled with her 3months old baby from owerri to Lagos while we were in school during our Vacation period, Just ensure ur baby is well covered as advised by Nkem too.

Yesooo just make sure you cover her well,and go with paracetamol in case of any pain.I travel with my 4 months baby from Abj to East and we are perfect.
