Yes oo, my twins started taking pap at 2months, (guinea corn and Millet)

Yes offcourse homemade pap is the best garnished with homemade soyabeans without peanuts due to allergy

My dear it depends on u. If u feel its d right time then there is no harm some ppl start at two months even. But make sure it is cooked well and make it watery for her.
