Cut down on carbonhydeates,stop eating late hours and no bed time snacks
Eat lot of fibre food, more vegetables, never skip breakfast, drink plenty of water, reduce eating of red meat, eat dinner by 6pm or go to bed hungry, exercise..
It's very simple ma, cut down on carbohydrates, eat more vegetables, drink enough water ,and exercise.
