Good day all,pls my sis is 36 weeks and she is feeling strong contraction since 12noon today, what can she do now that the baby is not yet nine months

The contractions needs to be evaluated by her doctor. To know whether it's a True contraction or a False one. N.B: pregnancy Terms at 37weeks so expect the baby soon. Cheers!
