Exercise daily e.g trekking or taking a brisk walk it helps blood circulation, dont stand or sit for too long, take a break once in a while, avoid adding too much weight by eating healthy and avoiding junks, while sleeping place ur legs on a pillow u can even double d pillow and while sitting, place ur legs on a stool.
