Do you burp her properly? If yes, that's fine. It's your choice to do mixed feeding, it depends on how tolerant your baby will be. Babies this age still find it hard to digest cow milk properly but she can do just fine. No you cannot use the milk you opened 5 weeks ago, you have to buy a new one. We adults can take the risk of taking in a product after it's best before date but not babies. Please buy a new milk and be sure to read the instructions.
