Good morning all,pls am ftm,I went to hospital and doctors say my PVC is low at 30% .And am 32 weeks + ,pls help me,what can I do to increase it,as am

Endeavor to eat adequate diet as well viz-a-viz. Egg, milk, fish, beans, meat, fresh fruits and vegetables. Cheer!!!

Get any of the aforementioned hematinics and repeat your PCV at 36weeks. Thank Babymigo by then. Cheers!!!

Take note that PCV of 30% and above is considered normal for pregnant women in Africa. It becomes low when it's less than 30%. So yours is on the borderline.
