It's water retention n happens more especially to those who didn't have it during pregnancy.

Hmm, it happened to me o n then I surfed the net that you should raise your legs up , higher than your chest (I put two pillows under my legs). It worked really fast n you should rest a lot of, being very busy n active would aggravate it.

Hv u bn discharged frm hospital, is ur BP o?.... If yes..... Den is water retained during pregnancy ' dey wil go away. Jst be active if u r strong
