Strecthing does not affect ur baby, I streched a lot when I was pregnant but do not be too sharp abt it stretch gently so u dont expereince abdominal spasm
Stretching cant affect ur baby. Do u know some mums do yoga exercises while pregnant and it helps to relieve discomfort and also prepares them for labour.
