I beg to differ, when one is spotting already in early pregnancy I don't think there's anything they can do. They'd give you some medicine but the medicine can't really stop it bc at that point it's a 50-50 chance. Bed rest and all would help you relax, but it's not really dependent on the docs. From a personal experience, and I asked the elderly doc serious questions when it happened to me.
