For 3 months? Av u sought a doc or midwife's help? One has to see d nipple before u can be helped. I dont believe its a small nipple cos no matter how small a nipple is, a baby will be able to suck it. Maybe its flat or inverted. See a doc or midwife.
If I get you well, nipple head not adequately pointed out you mean. That is why its always encouraged during preg to rub and pull the nipple out as much as possible to avoid latching on issues for the babies when they arrive
