@Weyinmi23253, hi Dr I feel the content of all this drugs is what matters and the one you can afford. Pregnacare and so on ,any drug with folic acid, iron, vit should help or even the just folio acid, bco, ferrous is ok

@Amaka25153, you can use any good products. I am not good with brands. Folic acid is a must even before conception.
