My baby is 3 months old. He sleeps for 5-6 hrs in the night at a stretch these days and goes that long without feed. Is it okay to let my baby go this

U should wake after sleeping for maximum of 3 hrs, he will sleep back after feeding him. D fact dat he doesnt wet his diaper indicates dat he his under fed during those periods.
