My baby of 5month is having a running nose, sneeze a lot, the temperature is a bit high and doesn't want breast milk too. He is on EBF.

Anything between 36.5 and 37.5 is normal.
If above 37.5, you can give paracetamol every 6 hours. You may also want to take the child to hospital if fever keeps rising or continues despite the paracetamol.

How did you check the temperature?
Hand feeling can be deceptive. There is a need to measure the temperature with digital thermometer.
