@Cynthia23664, I took him to the hospital before it spread to this extent. The antibiotics was given in the hospital. Went back to the hospital and the drugs were changed. Thanks.

Please take him to the hospital, let a specialist examine him. It might be a bite and is spreading the earlier you take him to the hospital the better
