Don't wait for your baby to be hungry before u eat. Immediately u finish feeding make sure u replenish yourself with a good meal with tea

Continue with pap and milk but make sure the pap is not too thick,let it be a bit watery and you start eating hot amala with any soup of your choice it really help

I learnt more today. Palm wine, hot pepper soup, hot pap with milk, hot custard with milk, oat with milk, any cassava produce like semo, fufu, garri, bitter leaves soup.

Continue to take pap, pepper soup,tea and drink lots of warm water but if you still don't lactate well please get a good formula to help satisfy your baby.. Please don't starve a baby because of exclusive breastfeeding.. Some pple naturally don't lactate well
