U can use water base lubricant during sex.. I had same issue after birth because I had episiotomy . I use K Y jelly during sex and penetration is smooth.. Lol. Instead of telling my hubby to stop that I am in pains I just say( baby u know I like it when u r taking it slow) the guy head will be big and he will come quickly.. Lol Hope it help.
