Take Pap, and eat hot and soft amala with ewedu and take fruits too. And the most important thing is that you should be breastfeeding the child frequently and take your time to do dat bcoz the more u give d breastmilk, the more the secretion

You could take pap, hot tea, kunu or Palmwine, but d palm wine is just once or twice dat was wot I used d next day after I gave birth I took it twice dat day and my milk started flowing den I cont wit pap and kunu
