@bling, im sorry for ur loss dear, since u said u had a prolonged labour, ur baby might av been distressed which lead to his or her death but thats not enough reason not to use an hospital again. As long as there's a standby doctor and qualified midwives, not hospitals with quacks. And yes, u can start trying for another baby if ur body is ready, start taking tab folic acid, it helps prevents neural tube defects in babies and also prepares ur uterus. Eat healthy and rest well.
