Ur pcv is still ok to me but be worried when less dan 30.be faithful with ur ferrous tablet and eat more vegetable esp ugwu and dnt cook for long u can steam cook

Folic acid is once daily which is 5mg and normally what a preg woman need is 0.75mg which is what u will see combined prenatal vitamins, so @chida it shouldn't be use 2ce daily. Also mam, there are different type of anaemia & most common is iron deficiency, that is why your ferrous tab is very impt & prescribed 3ce daily. So mam endeavour to stop skipping ur routine drugs as u can see it's telling on ur PCV wit the reduction. Takia

Ma'am when ur PVC decreases it can lead to anaemia... Pregnancy induced anaemia is usually common bcs d body needs more blood obviously for u and also for ur baby
