Good morning mummies, I'm a FTM, pls since Sunday that i delivered none of my breast is lactating, I keep forcing the baby on the breasts but nothing

Drink warm water not too hot as ur month can withstand it. Just use warm water as ur water don't drink any other water 2) always allow ur baby to be sucking it 3) clean ur nipples

u can use native chalk to rub ur breast thereafter it will start flowing. it works like magic..

2) help the hormone by increasing ur fluid intake. Take pap,oats ans lots of water. Whenever u r done breastfeeding,drink water,wen u go to pee,drink water after. After eating,drink pap ontop as water den drink water too. I guarantee that bfr Thursday evening, u will be lactating fully. However,continue this process to keep ur supply going. Cheers

Pls gv ur baby formula fr now. U cn still do ebf. While we wait fr u to lactate,baby must not get dehydrated abeg. now fr u to lactate,1)keep putting baby to suck. When baby is alseep,use a breast pump. Breastfeeding is a demand and supply matter. When d demand is increasing(baby Sucking and breast pump),the hormones that stimulate lactation will send signals to ur brain to synthesize prolactin(breastfeeding) in ur breast and then u will lactate.

Have you cleaned your nipples first? Because I thought I wasn't lactating when I put to bed in June not knowing that the holes in my nipples had been blocked by dirt. Immediately I used coconut oil and cotton wool to clean it, it started gushing out

You can drink pap made of white corn, guinea corn, and millet all soaked and blended together then add coconut water as your sweetner. Or you can also take blended dates (dabino), coconut flesh, and tigernuts juice. These works like magic.

Drink hot tea and watering hot pap regularly.it will come.mine came the 3rd day.and pls get formula for the baby before you start lactating and discontinue thereafter
