My dear take doctor instructions and calculate the interval your contraction comes. Lying down with your left hand side helps during labour. Remember body system differs so don't feel reluctant.

U can go home my dear, continue calculating the contraction to know wen it is strong. Try climbing staircase or try to take a walk

Just keep a close watch on yourself. If you experience water breakage please go back to the hospital immediately or once you notice the contractions is 5-10mins apart go back to the hospital. I wish you safe delivery

My dear u can go home if the contraction is not strong. I was 2cm dilated for one week with contraction doo not very strong.

It depends on the level of the contraction. If the contraction is much, u won't be allowed to go home. Mine with 2cm dilated , my contraction is always much, so the doctor has not choice than to leave me in the hospital. Try engage is walking , staircase climbing etc. Then in case u are told to go home, no sex please. The cervix is already open and infection can set in.

If the doctor ask you to go back home then pls go.....and do not panic or allow anxiety set in...if there is a problem the doctor will surely tell u....relax and continue with ur daily activities, as at the right time the baby will come....infact during my first pregnancy the show(mucus) came 3 days before my delivery....so be happy and take ur mind off the pregnancy..... Love
