Walk around a bit to help.But don't be far from the hospital cos you are in latent labour.It can progress very fast.Besides they should have kept you in the hospital.You have to be careful not to get infection since the mucus plug is out.

Don't be panic @jimoh kawthar....I also experience it, I was 3cm dilated, two weeks before I later delivered...just do exercise, drink hot thing, eat a lot of date (Dabidun). And pray to Almighty Allah... Everything will be fine.

You were 4cm since on Monday and you have not delivered. Maybe you go back to your Doc and complain. The day I was examined and the doc said I was 4cm was the day I delivered too, I guess the abdominal pain you are having is contractions o. Please visit the hospital ASAP. All the best dear

Keep on doing more exercise, and if you don't hv contraction you may be induced
