The 3 in 1 creams will work for it but preferably buy one that contain Gentamycin as one of the composition (e.g Biocuten or endix G cream)

Sudocream is more expensive though buh its more baby friendly. You can also use if on baby's bum for prevention and treatment of nappy rashes
