Wow so many things to learn. I was taught by a pediatric doc not to add anything in the warm water when cleaning my Baby mouth unless the baby baby has a sour in the mouth. Plssss they are too tender for this chemicals.

Glycerin with face towel is better off As to contains more chemicals and can be harmful to the baby if not well diluted

I concur with what has been earlier suggested and I also add that once you start noticing white patches on your baby's tongue use 100% pure glycerine with a small soft face towel to clean your baby’s tongue that's what I use
