Yes its possible. My baby is almost 4months now and my period started when he clocked 3 months. So l dont think its something for you to worry about.; it depends on individual body system.

Breastfeeding doesn't prevent menstruation, talking from experience. My baby is just 4months  on exclusive and I saw my period when she was five weeks, 5days.
