Please don't supplements the food please work on your breast, use palm karnel to rub your breast and make sure you breastfeed him time to time always eat hot food and pap it help alot

Try and get enough rest and sleep and also take enough fluids, it helps milk production. As for ur baby purging watch what you eat and the things that goes in ur baby's mouth.
