If she's of age then let her eat fruits and vegetables, you eat fruit and vegetables too. Then lots of water.

There is no problem for her not have poo for three days, she is fatten up with that. but if you really wants her to poo then you lick oranges she sucks it.

If your baby is on exclusive breastfeeding you might not need to worry, mine is 2 months and poos every 3 or 5 days as the case maybe.
