Mine weighed 2.5kg at birth buh weighed 5kg @ six weeks. Just eat well and feed ur baby well. If you are not sure if breastmilk is coming out well, you can express it and give your baby

Breast feed the baby well, and as a mother eat well too. My baby weigh 3.9kg at birth and 5.5kg @ 6 weeks.

Pls work on your diets.Eat very well,drink lots of hot rich tea all the time. Some prefer pap, but tea works better for me. And breastfeed alot! especially when the baby is laying down. At least 8 to 12times per day.

All I will advise you to do is to Breastfeed him very well and you too need to eat ballance diet
