Pap is better than custard. You can make the guinea corn, yellow corn. Millet, soya beans and groundnut pap. Its nutritious and healthy. On the milk. U can use Nan. Thrive signature or even Sma. Whatever u can afford. Also there are some baby cereals like cerelac, Cow and gate, Nutriben, Nutribon and even Nutrilac. Do feel free to explore.

Pap is better. Its natural but custard is processed.pls introduce natural foods at least at did initial stage
