Kindly take the babies for check up with a paediatrician letting the doctor know you are a carrier of Hepatitis B Virus, the children will be tested and you will be advised appropriately. You will have to get your own viral load, antigen and liver function test done so as to be able to be supported. Kindly prevent the children from exposure from your body fluids like blood, vomitus etc but can continue with breastfeeding.

Dont put anything, just take ur child to d hospital for proper assessment and treatment.

Atimes, u cant avoid it but u can try this method that worked for me. Give ur baby PCM in d morning before going for immunization, give him/her again after taking it and repeat at night. Tepid sponge also if d fever comes up. He/She will be fine.

The NPI vaccines and their schedule are as follows:
At birth......BCG, OPV, HBV
6 weeks.....Penta, OPV
10 weeks...Penta; OPV
14 weeks...Penta, OPV
9 months...Measles, yellow fever
Vitamin A recommended every 6 months from age 6 months to 5years
NB: Penta vaccine is Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus, Hepatitis B and Haemophilus influenza type B (HiB) vaccines (5 in 1) in one shot (already pre-formulated).
