Hello ma'am, yes simply wash with soap and water during bath. Avoid dipping hand inside the vagina..... Just watch the surface known as the vulva.
I advise against massage of the vulva or vagina. You can only wash the external part of the vagina as part of daily bath routine and leave alone. No massage, no creams, no douching and no washing of the internal part of the vagina.

The commonest cause of vaginal discharge in children is vaginitis due to poor hygiene. mums should ensure our girls change their panties daily, buy cotton panties that can breathe and more importantly teach girls how to wipe/clean up after using the toilet. it should be front to back and preferably if at home use water as some kids can react to toilet roll and afterwards frequent hand washing. most importantly, be sure there is no sexual abuse ongoing'.

Do not try to drop anything into the vagina, just wash the external surface (vulva) like the rest of the body. The discharge will wear off on it's own
