Chicco products are very good but for now I use Shea butter mix with coconut oil as my baby body cream, then molfix is a good and affordable diaper

As for baby soap to each its own. For me i mixed black soap with honey + cocunut oil + with osun(camwood) & i get wonderful result. Buh once in a while i use Nycil baby soap for her. For my baby cream i use sheabutter + coconut oil and also use it as her hair cream. For pampers i use molfix or huggies( d red one).
