Don't worry about the milk flow it will improve with time (around 4-5days post-delivery) you can try taking warm PSP and tea and eat enough amala (smiles) and your tear will also take time to heal oooo. Congratulations dear. Drink lots of hot tea n pap. It helps. For d cut, I once had it. If u can sit on warm water mixed wt dettol n a little bit of salt,it helps too. Then make sure u sit wt that particular place where u had d stitch. Don't sit wt o e part of ur buttocks. Well done
