@obetageorge, pls is the drop powerful than syrup. Because o.8ml is smaller than 3mls

Now that your baby's weight is 5.4kg.
It will be 5.4kg X 15mg. This gives
85mg per dose. That makes it 0.85ml
if you are using paracetamol drops
but if it is the regular paracetamol
syrup which is 120mg in 5ml, that
will be slightly above 3mls.
